Linda Edna Cardellini was born in Redwood City, California, to Lorraine (Hernan) and Wayne David Cardellini who is a businessman. Her parents are of Italian heritage (her paternal great-grandpa), Irish, German, English and Scottish (her mother). Linda was the youngest of four living in San Francisco Bay, California. She became interested in acting at age ten, when she sang in a Christmas production at school. She did school and community productions. Linda was a student at Saint Francis High School, Mountain View in California. She had to choose among New York for theater and Los Angeles for film and television after she graduated. LA was her choice. Linda played her first major part on Bone Chillers, a 1996 television series. Freaks and Geeks was the part that brought her a breakthrough. The show won her the Emmy Award for Outstanding Casting for a Comedy Series. She played Lindsay Weir, a decathlete that was studying at the California University.

Lily James, born Lily Chloe Ninette Thomson in 1989 (born on April 5, 1989) She is a English actress. Her professional career started in 2010 with the British television series Just William, in which she attended London's Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Cinderella (2015) became her first film following the time she was the lead actress in the role of Lady Rose MacClare (2012-2015) in Downton Abbey which was a period television drama. James was later cast as Countess Natasha Rostova for the television adaptation War & Peace (2016). He also starred as Baby Driver (2017) and in the period dramatics Darkest Hour (2017) and The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (18) and The Dig (2021), and in musicals Mamma Mia! We Go Again 2018 and Yesterday (2019). Her performance as Pamela Anderson in the biographical series Pam & Tommy (2022) was nominated for an Golden Globe and a Primetime Emmy Award.
